trailing 3-2 with 23 minutes remaining, liverpool recovered to make a winning start in group a thanks to two goals from substitute jonjo shelvey.
jonjo shelvey came off the bench to score twice for liverpool fc and kill off the challenge of bsc young boys in their opening game in uefa europa league group a.
