fc porto established themselves as favourites to qualify from uefa champions league group f with a hard-earned 1-0 win at home to olympique de marseille.
four-point advantage the result enabled the portuguese champions to complete a second victory against the french side and – with real madrid cf having already qualified after a goalless draw away to fk partizan – gave them a four-point advantage over marseille in the section.
